Maintenance of register as per the Minimum Wages Act, Workmen Compensation, Gratuity, Labour Welfare, Apprentice Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Gratuity, Employment Exchange Act and filed the various statutory returns like Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
Responsible for the Government Inspection and have to maintain the harmonious relation with them.
Deduction to be made as per various Acts like PF, ESIC, P. Tax, Labor Welfare timely deposit.
Submission of PF Challan, ESIC Challan, P. Tax, PF withdrawals Forms
Maintaining the Register as per Statutory requirements, Factory Act, Contract Labour Act and Payment of Gratuity Act, Payment of Bonus Act.
Liaising with necessary Govt. bodies like Factory Inspector, Labour Commissioner, Shop & Establishment, Professional Tax Commissioner, Apprentice Advisor, PF Commissioner, ESIC, etc.
Maintain coordination and cordial relation with worker, contractor and other departments..
