Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, conduct skill testing & interviews
  • Co-ordinate / liaison with placement consultants / institutions etc.
  • Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help in attracting and recruiting the best talent
  • Interface with different HR and Operations team
  • Should be able to screen high number of candidates
  • High on Collaboration and working with multiple teams
  • Ability to work well with various levels of the organization - leadership / management.
  • MIS & data reporting
  • Maintain and update trackers for ongoing programs & projects

Desired Skills:

  • Good knowledge of computers.
  • Good communication skills, Data management skills and detail oriented.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, handle stress and work with people at all levels
**Initially for 3-4 months this job will be on Third party pay roll
**CTC Max 6 LPA Depends on interview and skills.
