- Sourcing, conduct skill testing & interviews
- Co-ordinate / liaison with placement consultants / institutions etc.
- Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help in attracting and recruiting the best talent
- Interface with different HR and Operations team
- Should be able to screen high number of candidates
- High on Collaboration and working with multiple teams
- Ability to work well with various levels of the organization - leadership / management.
- MIS & data reporting
- Maintain and update trackers for ongoing programs & projects
- Good knowledge of computers.
- Good communication skills, Data management skills and detail oriented.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, handle stress and work with people at all levels
